There are two ways to use TripSource – by visiting tripsource.com on your computer, tablet or mobile phone – or by downloading the app from iTunes or Google Play.

Registration is quick
and easy

You register once for TripSource by simply entering your corporate email address (the email you use when booking travel) and a password.

Pro tip: Registration is free but requires an existing trip booked through BCD Travel, or one taken within the past 3 months.

Instantly view your trips

After registering, your trip itinerary will automatically appear in one organized trip folder, in timeline order.

Pro tip: You can manually add outside bookings to your trip folder.

Details, details, details

Individual cards will display all the details you need to navigate specific segments of your trip: Confirmation numbers, phone numbers, addresses and even a map, in case you need directions.

Pro tip: Add custom cards for your meetings, conferences and other activities.

Smart alerts and tips

Once you leave for your trip, TripSource will let you know of any enroute changes – including flight delays and gate changes. We’ll also give you helpful tips and reminders on company policy, to help you make smart decisions.

Add third-party itineraries

Import reservations made outside of BCD Travel for flights, rail, ground transportation and hotels into your existing trips. Simply forward your travel confirmation emails to plans@tripsource.com.
